Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you respect ours in return. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms: Rescheduling & Cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service fee. • Same-day cancellations are subject to the 50% fee. No-Show Policy • If we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle or reach you within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show. • No-shows are charged 100% of the service total. • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments. Vehicle Access Please ensure: • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. • Keys are available if required. • Personal belongings are removed from the interior. • A safe working area is provided. If service cannot be completed due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, it may be treated as a cancellation. Weather Policy: In the event of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, extreme conditions), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the earliest available time.
