Cancellation Policy
By booking a service, you agree to the following terms. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. Any outstanding fees must be settled before booking again. Eligible refunds are issued minus non-refundable payment processing fees, which are not retained by Mobile Waterless Details. Cancellations by Us: If we cancel, you receive a full refund including processing fees, or the option to reschedule at no charge. No-Show Policy: If we cannot access the vehicle or reach you within 30 minutes of the start time, the appointment is a no-show and charged at 100% with no refund. Vehicle Access: Ensure the vehicle is accessible, keys are available, belongings are removed, and a safe work area is provided. Failure to meet these conditions will be treated as a cancellation. Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather at no charge to you.
