Mobile Waterless Details serves clients across Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, & all over the Bay Area. We go to our clients — no shop, no fixed location.
We bring premium detailing services directly to our clients' homes and workplaces, delivering convenience without compromising quality.
We're a small, growing team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism. Our technicians work independently, take ownership of their results, and play an important role in maintaining the reputation we've built over the years.
— THE ROLE
A day in the life

Prepare for the day.
— Pick up your assigned company vehicle, inspect your equipment and supplies, and review your scheduled appointments.

Travel to customers.
— Drive to residential and commercial locations throughout the Peninsula using your company-provided vehicle.

Deliver professional detailing services.
— Perform scheduled detailing services independently, following our established procedures and quality standards.

Inspect your work.
— Complete a final quality inspection to ensure the vehicle meets our standards before finishing the appointment.

Provide an excellent customer experience.
— Communicate professionally, review completed services when appropriate, and address customer concerns.
6
Wrap up your day.
— Return the company vehicle, organize equipment, and report any supplies or maintenance needs.

What we're looking for
Required Qualifications

Professional auto detailing experience
Experience performing complete interior and exterior detailing independently
Valid California driver's license and driving record acceptable to our commercial auto insurer
Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English as needed for the position
Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position — standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors for extended periods
